A few things worth knowing
- Keep your own details out of it
Once your post is up it is public, so it is worth leaving out policy and claim numbers, phone numbers, addresses and anything from a medical report. Easy to forget when you are telling a story, so we will ask you again before you send it.
- Tell it as your own experience
What you asked, what you were told, and what the document turned out to say — that is the part other readers get something from. The one kind of post we cannot publish is one that says a particular person or company did wrong, which keeps you and this page out of trouble.
- This is experience, not advice
Everyone here is describing what happened to them, which is a different thing from advice on what to buy or how to claim. BimaSahai does not give that either — it explains what your document says.
