Before you post

Leave out anything private
No policy or claim numbers, no phone numbers, no medical reports. Once a post is approved it is public, and there is no way to take that back for you.
Say what happened, not who was at fault
Describe your own experience — what you asked, what you were told, what the document turned out to say. Posts that accuse a named person or company of wrongdoing are not published.
Nobody here is advising you
Readers share what happened to them. That is not advice on what to buy or what to claim, and BimaSahai does not give that either.
